Vid den tiden kallade Jesus till sig de tolv och sände ut dem två och två och gav dem makt över de orena andarna. Och han sade åt dem att inte ta med sig något mer på vägen än en stav, inget bröd, ingen påse och inga pengar i bältet. Sandaler fick de ha men inte mer än en skjorta. Och han sade till dem: »När ni har tagit in i ett hus, så stanna där tills ni skall vidare. Och är det någon plats som inte vill ta emot er och inte vill höra på er, så fortsätt därifrån och skaka av dammet under era fötter. Det skall vittna mot dem.« De gav sig i väg och predikade att alla skulle omvända sig, och de drev ut många demoner och smorde många sjuka med olja och botade dem.

More troubling is the fact that, like evolution and all other modern atheistic fantasies, this one has seeped through the all-too narrow wall separating Catholics from the rest of the world. The anti-Christmas myth, which makes a myth out of Christmas, is being foisted on Catholic children as fact. Suicidpreventiva dagen
”Varje självmord är ett för mycket. I dag samlas människor över hela världen för att uppmärksamma arbetet med att förhindra självmord.”


Många av oss känner någon eller har någon i sin närhet som gått med suicidtankar eller har begått suicid. Precis som citatet ovan säger är varje självmord ett självmord för mycket.
På många platser i landet hålls ljusmanifestationer och du kan även välja att tända ett ljus digitalt för någon du mist och saknar.

Suicidpreventiva dagen finns för att uppmärksamma oss alla på vad vi kan göra och hur vi kan arbeta för att minska antalet självmord. Om du misstänker att någon i din närhet har tankar eller planer på att ta sitt liv är det viktigt att du gör något direkt. Våga fråga hur personen mår och ge dig tid att lyssna. Det är inte farligt att prata om självmord och det ökar inte risken för att personen ska ta sitt liv. Tvärtom kan ett sådant samtal förebygga självmord. Du kan också hjälpa personen att söka mer stöd på annat håll

Slovenian voters have rejected a proposed euthanasia law in a Nov. 23 referendum, blocking legislation that would have allowed terminally ill patients to end their lives. The bill, passed by the Slovenian Parliament four months earlier, was opposed by 53.43% of voters, preventing it from taking effect.

Under Slovenian law, Sunday’s vote freezes the matter for at least 12 months, after which Parliament may consider a new version of the bill.

A year earlier, a nonbinding referendum indicated public openness to regulated euthanasia, prompting the governing coalition to draft and pass the legislation in July 2025. But opposition quickly mobilized. The Slovenian Democratic Party (SDS) and other conservative groups denounced the proposal as undermining human dignity and

Great Saint Michael, Prince of the Heavenly Host, your name is a question filled with awe: "Who is like God?" Your vocation is to reveal His power and His wisdom, and so your name teaches us that nothing can compare with His might and goodness.

What is there that we cannot hope to receive from God's hand through your intercession and care? We entrust to you the intentions we bring in this novena: for Holy Church in Her trials; for our homelands so much in need of healing and grace; for our families who are shielded by the angels who guard us on our way to heaven; for the sick; for sinners; for the dying; for our dear, departed loved ones; and for protection from all the forces of evil who oppose these intentions.

We expect great things and abundant blessings as we invoke you. Christ the Lord is your King and ours; we are safe under your shield and with your fiery sw

Tröstar de som "lidit orättvisan och misshandelns våld", som de som skadats av medlemmar i kyrkan, kräver att vi alla kan lära av Maria Addolorata "att värna de minsta och sköra med ömhet", att gå tillsammans och att erkänna "att livet inte är definierad endast av ondskan lidd, men på grund av Guds kärlek som aldrig överger oss och vägleder hela kyrkan. ️

Slutligen, tröstande befolkningsgrupper som krossas av tyngden av våld, hunger och krig, är "att visa att fred är möjlig, och att det spirar i var och en av oss om vi inte kväver den". Av den anledningen lyssnar nationernas ledare "på ett särskilt sätt på många oskyldiga barns rop, för att garantera dem en framtid som skyddar och tröstar dem". 🌍👶
