Välkommen till ny huvudtränare till laget!

Hej!
Vi är mycket nöjda över alla roliga stunder tillsammans med spelare och föräldrar under 2022. Framförallt vill vi rikta ett varmt tack till Hampus Lundström som med mycket stort hjärta och engagemang har lett laget under året. Vi önskar Hampus stort lycka till med kommande säsong i IK Frej.

Samtidigt är vi mycket glada att kunna presentera ny huvudtränare för kommande säsong - nämligen Dadrian Williams! Warmly welcome Dadrian! Look very much forward to the coming season together with you!

Före ordinarie träning på måndag hålls ett möte där killarna i laget får träffa Dadrian i konferensrummet på Prästängarna. Kallelse går ut via laget.se, vi ses kl. 18:30! Please find below Dadrian's own words:

Coach’s Welcome
Hello Players & Families,
I would love to take this opportunity to welcome everyone and introduce myself as new Head Coach of Sigtuna IF U15. My name is Dadrian Williams, I am from Jamaica and currently living in Knivsta and working in IES Sigtuna, Sweden.
We as the coaching team look forward to making this an enjoyable, challenging experience with a focus on fun and progressive skill/team development as well as character building.
As we embark on this journey and prepare for the new season, I would love to have everyone’s full support wether on or off the field.
As a coach I believe we must have a clear idea of the how team should play. Be able to form an identity base on the quality, potential of players and objectives of the team. Infuse two different systems of play and two different styles of play. While Instilling discipline and professionalism as the base off which we work and grow.
I ask of all my players, coaches and well wishers to be enthusiastically driven with desire and passion in their hearts, brain and bloodstream.
I look forward to adapt and to maximise the players fullest potential but imprint our ideas and beliefs as coaches into the team.

The most important goal of the season is to provide our players with a positive learning environment where they feel free to express themselves and have fun while competing and growing. Please ensure that all comments and actions before, during and after a game reflect this goal. I welcome all parent and volunteers who wish to help.
