With the first game approaching fast, our team will need a captain for the coming season.
In our eyes, a good captain is someone that shows the example, is respectful, brings the team together, makes sure everyone feels good and everyone can grow within the group. The captain is a leader who can keep is head cool at all time, to keep the rest of the team cool at all time.
Henrik and I would like to encourage anyone who would like to be this season’s team captain to contact us / tell us. There is no “extra work” per say, just a little more responsibility.
We will then discuss it between the 2 of us before Sept. 21st and our first game.
