Följ oss för uppdateringarSince we do not have any more matches this season, the upcoming training sessions until Christmas will be open for all CIS members. You may come and try out up to 3 sessions without paying the membership fee. If you want to practice regularly you need to become a member of CIS. All members get invites to the sessions through email. Please answer the invite if you plan to attend or not. It makes it easier for us to plan the sessions.
