Intervju med Mark:
- What are your thoughts about the time you played in Borås?
I really enjoyed my time in Boras. The city is amazing, the people are great and mostly the fans were the best! It was amazing to go through the promotion stage with these guys. They’re truly passionate about the program and I am very excited to see us in Division 1 this year.
- What’s the best thing about Sweden?
Besides Fika time, I really enjoy the way of life in Sweden. Everyone is so friendly and no one is in a rush. Also, a lot of people are very good with English so that really helps make me feel comfortable.
- What are the main reason you want to play in Borås?
The main thing for me was how comfortable I felt being there. I had a great family who helped me while I was there, and they’re a big part of why I am going back. Also the fans and organization treated me with a lot of respect and I know when I come back I will be able to fit in right away. I really enjoyed the city and can’t wait to be back.
- What’s your strength?
I think with my age, I can bring my experience to our young team. Last year when I came in during playoffs, was my goal was to use my age and playing experience to help. I like to think I am good in my own end and make a good first pass. I like to join in offensively when the time is right too. I hope to bring both security in the defensive zone along with a strong offensive presence when we need it.
- What are you looking forward the most this season?
I am looking forward to returning to a great city with great fans. Also, looking forward to seeing the returning staff and players as I really enjoyed getting to know them. It was amazing to see the excitement the promotion brought to the organization and city. I hope we continue to get the fan support and support from the city as we enter a new chapter in Division 1.
