Notes:

• Jens and Kristina have split the team into two practice groups, who will train together and play together at cups. The aim is to increase the quality of practices. We still consider us as one team.

• Practice times are Monday and Wednesday between 18-19.30 – going forward practice will end on time. If Kristina and Jens want to extend the training at a specific occurrence, this will be informed through laget.se ahead of practice.

• We will use laget.se to plan attendance at cups, as well as to understand who can drive to the cup. It’s the responsibility of the parent to clearly inform at laget.se:

o If the child will attend the cup
o If the parent can drive to the cup
o How many additional persons can fit in the car (and if there are person already agreed to join the car)

• The parents who are not driving to a cup will make a symbolic payment to the driver of 100 kr/child.

• For each cup we will buy fruits, funded by the joint “lagkassa”. When we start running out of money, each parent will make a single payment – not needed at this point, will be announced at laget.se if needed.

• If any of us parents find an opportunity to raise money to the “lagkassa” through some kind of work (wardrobe, etc.) this should be initiated through laget.se.

• Reminder of training course “grundslag” 15/10 10-15
o See info at laget.se for registration – strong recommendation that parents attend!
o No charge - Skellefteå Volley will cover costs.

• Level 6/7 cup planning (our team is arranging):

o Date: Saturday 11/11-23

o Team and parents with responsibilities meet at: 8.30
o Cup start: 10.00
