Vi har tyvärr haft lite incidenter på både träningar och matcher då våra spelare säger fula saker till sina medspelare eller till spelare i motståndarlaget. Under kvällens träning kommer vi att prata med alla barn om hur vi ska uppföra oss mot varandra och våra motspelare och att det är helt oacceptabelt att utrycka sig på det sätt som gjorts.

Gruppen har växt mycket sista tiden och vilket medfört att det blivit livligare träningar och matcher. Visst kan det ibland uppstå irritation eller bråk mellan barnen men att man säger fula och sårande ord som neger kommer vi inte acceptera.

Vi kommer infomera barnen ikväll att om inte detta upphör så riskerar man att bli avstängd under en period.

Uppmaning till er föräldrar
Utifrån detta så ber vi er prata med era barn och förtydliga ovanstående så att de vet vad som sker om detta missbrukas. Jag tänker även att detta mycket väl kan förekomma på skolan så det är ett bra tillfälle att lyssna och stämma av med era barn vad som sägs mellan barnen när vi inte är med.

Vill även påminna om vikten att komma i tid till träningar och matcher så att vi kan planera och genomföra aktiviteten på bästa sätt. Det är idag många barn som kommer sent med oknutna skor vilket tar mycket tid och stör träningen.

Unfortunately, we’ve had a few incidents during both practices and matches where some of our players have been using inappropriate language towards their teammates or players on the opposing team. During tonight’s practice, we will talk to all the children about how we should treat each other and our opponents, and that it is completely unacceptable to express oneself in the way that has occurred.

The group has grown significantly recently, which has led to livelier practices and matches. While it’s natural that irritation or disagreements may arise between children, we will not tolerate the use of offensive and hurtful words such as the N-word.

Tonight, we will inform the children that if this behavior does not stop, they risk being suspended for a period of time.

A message to you as parents:
In light of this, we ask that you speak with your children and clarify the above, so they understand the consequences of this kind of behavior. We also believe that similar language may be occurring at school, so this is a good opportunity to check in with your children and listen to what is being said among them when adults aren’t around.

We’d also like to remind you of the importance of arriving on time to practices and matches so that we can plan and carry out the activities in the best possible way. Lately, many children have been arriving late with untied shoes, which takes up valuable time and disrupts the start of practice/game.
