F.E. Hockey Powerskating & Skills Fall Break Camp

Our fall break speed, power, and acceleration camp is designed for players who are looking to become more explosive and dynamic in all on ice situations. This camp will be limited to maximum 15-20 players per group to ensure the highest quality of individulized training.

We will be breaking down all the major skating techniques in detail to ensure that proper biomechanics and skating efficiency is in place before implementing resistance, overspeed, and reaction training phases. Every session will also include an element of stick handling and skills training to elevate your game and improve overall puck skills while moving at top speed. Between the 2 ice sessions each day players will get a small snack and also have a hockey specific off ice session which will correlate with the on ice skills and training.
