"I am very excited to announce Tristen Cox will join us for the 2022 season. We both attended Elon University, he just finished up his career this past fall. In his final season he was voted a captain and put together a historic playing career, starting 48 college games on the defensive line. He was also named a FCS Academic All-Star. He is an all around great guy and football player who will make a huge impact for the Black Knights this season."
