Hi everyone!

Here is a quick update on next weekends friendly tournament. We have 24 players who have registered to play, we will divide these into three separate teams. We have places for three more players if anyone would like to sign up. When the teams are full don't panic, there are more games coming later in October and everyone will get a chance to play.

There is registration fee for each team which has already been paid. Ask that each player or their agent Swish Philip 80kr on 0735120720.
Please write the players name in full on your Swish.

Each game is 20 minutes, we will have rolling substitutes every 5 minutes. There are four matches in total, players will rotate between defence and attack each game so everyone gets a chance to try each position twice.

It’s an early start, so we will meet at 0830 to run through the game plan and get everyone in the right frame of mind to play. There is an hour break between the games, bring some snacks and fruit to keep energy levels up.

Will talk to the other trainers at Sunday’s practice and update you on the teams.

Hoping for a fun day out and the lads will get an idea of what happens during a game and we can start implementing that in training.

There’s going to be an army of kids at this thing so kindly ask parents to help as much as they can to keep our teams together, especially during games so that everyone is ready to be subbed on when the time comes.

Vi vill hälsa er varmt välkomna till Future Stars Autumn cup lördagen den 8 oktober där första matchen blåses igång kl 09:00. I år testar vi ett nytt upplägg där ni får spela två matcher, á 20 minuter, i tät följd för att därefter få en timmes vila och sedan spelar ni de två sista matcherna. Återkom gärna vad ni tyckte om det schemaformatet.

Ni kommer spela på Sätra BP, Björksätravägen 73, där det kommer finnas begränsad tillgång till omklädningsrum, dvs ni får dela med andra lag. Det kommer också finnas kiosk med både kaffe och förtäring.
Precis i anslutning till bollplanen finns det en mindre parkering men vi rekommenderar att ni släpper av spelarna vid planen och sedan parkerar i Skärholmens Centrum, som är på gångavstånd. På gatan utanför är det parkeringsföbud.
