Dear Basketball athletes of the Hoganas Basketball club.
We have come to a point where it is time to set your responsible feet down clench you jaws and do some outdoor physical training.
I (Adam) and Leo will be going to the Lerberget track for exercise 18:30 on tuesdays and thursdays. The plan is to do some running and strength training in the exercis park. If you show up we will run in groups, a little longer than the basket field and combine it with intense upperbody and core training. The thinking is if the physical gets done here, the indoor training can be more focused ballhandeling and strategy.
Please bring warm clothes, gloves and if you can a liggunderlag.
See you there if you dare this training is open for players from all teams and their parents.

Three brave ones joined Adam on Tuesday. 5 laps in the forest with sit-ups, push-ups, log lifting and tire lifting between each lap. Finishing with half a lap at 80% speed and stretching.

And yesterday I was joind by brave Love (Leo has a cold)who endured the really tough practice alone in the cold (Scanian) snowstorm without complaining all I heard was determination and the occational "Yes Coach"! That is the attitude that will win us games!!!
