Varma spelare är bättre spelare!

So sadly the weather is starting to turn. Remind our little players to wrap up warm, the last thing we want is for people to get sick and miss out on training and school. Shorts and t-shirts might make you look the part but a warm player is a better player. We as coaches will do our best to keep them moving with high energy drills. Årstapokalen Cup!!

Thanks to all the players and parents who came to Årstapokalen Cup today. The combined Gul/Blå team played four matches, winning three. Röd/Vit won two and drew one of their four. Hopefully everyone had fun, we tried to be as fair as possible with match time, we had too many players. Thankfully the sun made a guest appearance, victory over Hammarby and Djurgården means that MIK are technically Städmästare 😜 P-13 1kommentar

Säsong 2021

Hej allihopa! So yesterday saw our last “league” games, we’ll continue training until the weather stops us and there are should be some cup games coming up (details to be finalised soon). Just want to ask parents to take a quiet moment with their mini-Messi to tell them how proud they can be of their progress this season. Each player has played their part and turned up in all weathers. Please mention the improvement in focus during the year. This was, and still can be, our biggest weakness, but also the boy’s biggest improvement. Training can be hard to focus after a long day in school, but it’s the player’s focus that brings them together and makes them play so well as a team on match days. Nobody can win every game, but in the games I’ve seen the effort has been great. A little confidence injection never hurt, they’ve earned it.
