Degenfors - Heat Practice

Hello Heat! Great effort by all of the Heat Kadetter that participated in the Landslag Tryout/Practice yesterday in Degenfors. Everyone had a great practice and gave it their all on the field, excellent job! That type of determination and effort will win many baseball games this upcoming season. We will continue that focus and effort in the practices to come. It would be great to have some more of the players coming out to practices soon. Degenfors - Glad Påsk

Hello All, On Monday morning we will meet at 08:00 at Örvallen to travel to Degenfors for a day of baseball tryouts for the U15 Landslaget. The tryout is between 12:00 - 16:00, plan on being back to Örvallen around 20:00-20:30. Hasse Bil - Vincent, Leonard, Johannes, Arthur Chad Bil - Trey, Julia, Sebastian, Hugo Rodderick Bil - Adam, Måns, Cornelius Plan on packing a lunch, waterbottle, drinks and some money for dinner on the way back. The cost will be 200 SEK per player for gas costs. It is appx. 500 km round trip. If there is any player not listed to go or not going, please contact the coaches as soon as possible. inomhusträning söndag 1 april

Nej det är inget aprilskämt! :) Vi tränar inomhus i Hallonbergens Sporthall nu på söndag. Väderleksprognosen pekar mot snöfall och 3 plusgrader. Vi har en fin varm hall så jag tycker vi använder den nu på söndag. Alltså samling runt kvart i fem nu på söndag i Hallonbergens sporthall. Ni behöver inte vara ombytta för löpning utomhus.
