FAIR-1 på klubbhuset 7 och 8 februiari 2026

Heldagskurs i första-hjälpen, speciellt utformad för rugby, av World Rugby. Det är obligatoriskt för alla klubbar att vid varje matchtillfälle att ha någon utbildad på FAIR-1 närvarande.
Rekommenderas för lagledare, tränare, seniora/nyligen "pensionerade" spelare, föräldrar och alla andra medlemmar som kan tänka sig att hjälpa till vid behov.
Vi erbjuder två tillfällen: 7:e och 8:e februari 2026. Max 10 deltagare per tillfälle (först till kvarn-principen).
Plats: Klubbhuset, Centrala IP, Lund
Tid: 09:00-17:00 (lunch ingår). Möjligt att kursen slutar tidigare beroende på hur det går.
Ledare: Monica Häljestig, Svenska Rugbyförbundet.
Kostnadsfritt för medlemmar (icke-medlemmar uppmanas att bli medlemmar för att delta kostnadsfritt, då kostnaden är densamma).
Förkunskapskrav: World Rugbys digitala FAIR1-modul (på engelska) innan kursen börjar (information skickas till de som anmält sig). Själva kursen ges på svenska.
Minimiålder 18 år.
Bilder kommer att tas och användas på sociala medier. Anmälan innebär medgivande till att så sker.
Amälan är bindande och ska göras senast 15:e januari.

Students – 500 SEK

Non-students – 600 SEK

T-Bar (after-party) – 150 SEK

The evening will begin with pre-drinks at our beloved clubhouse, followed by the long-awaited End of Season Dinner at Valvet Steakhouse. The night will include music, speeches, awards, and of course, delicious food. There will be meat, fish, and vegan options available.

For those who want to keep the celebration going, you’ll have the option to purchase tickets to T-Bar for the officially unofficial after-party.

Please note:

Seats for the dinner are limited, so make sure to secure your spot as soon as possible.

Your seat is only confirmed once you have signed up using the form and completed the payment.

Last day to register is November 20th.

Plus ones are welcome, but they must also register through the form (see below for form!).

If you would like a ticket to T-Bar, please indicate this in the form and pay the additional 150 SEK.

Lugi at Development 10s in Trelleborg

Lugi will join the development 10s in Trelleborg this weekend organized by Skånes rugby union (Skånes rugbyförbund). ??Sunday 12:00-17:00 in Trelleborg. We meet 10:00 at the clubhouse in Lund to drive there together. Make sure to answer your laget calls by Thursday (”No” is also an answer) so that we can register the numbers of players on Friday latest and organize travels. The focus is on getting newer players involved and giving them lots of play time! Everyone is encouraged to sign up. Maybe you want to play a new position or support your new teammates?

LUGI LION’S END OF SEASON DINNER 2023 The board would like to welcome you all to the annual End of Season Dinner – make sure to save the date, it’s the dinner of the year and you don’t want to miss it. WHEN: November 18th at 18.00. WHERE: The Clubhouse Restaurang och Bar at Barsebäcksvägen 70 in Häljarp. WHAT: Dinner is 500:- per person. This includes a welcome drink, a three course dinner and beer/wine/water during the dinner. The bar at Clubhouse will be open during the evening. Note! Members under 18 are NOT allowed to drink any alcohol at the event. DRESS Code: Shirt and tie or dress. TRAVEL TO AND FROM HÄLJARP: We have arranged for a bus to take you from Västra stationstorget (Lund) to the Clubhouse in Häljarp and then back again, for the party to continue at the Lugi Clubhouse. You will leave Västra stationstorget at 17.00 and return to the same place, leaving Häljarp at 22.00. The buss will be 100:- per person. There is a limited amount of seats in the buss, make sure to reply and pay in good time. If you prefer to take the train to Häljarp station and then walk the 1,5 km to the Clubhouse (or if you are too late with the payment to get a bus seat) there is a possibility to get there by train, which costs 116:-. There seems to be one direct train every hour. PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION Dinner and bus: 600:- Dinner only: 500:- The payment should be done to our swish number,1230-07 59 45, with full name. At the same time a mail should be sent to Marie Sassner marie.sassner(at)gmail.com, with name and information on any food intolerances and if a vegetarian alternative is wanted. Back to the grass!

The long winter is finally over and it's time for the club and our rugby activities to move our trainings back to out home of Centrala IP and the lovely grass! From Monday the 10th of April, all our trainings will be held down at Centrala IP. Training times are as follows; Kids and youth - Mondays & Wednesdays 18:30 - 19:30 Senior men and women - Mondays and Wednesdays 19:30 - 21:00 We're sure that everyone is looking forward to it and we're looking forward to a great season with all our awesome Lugi's!

Håckes Cup 2017

The classic opening of the Swedish rugby season once again saw Wexiö take center stage for Håckes Cup 2017. The ladies once again took on the challenge with some fresh faces to the team as well as some experienced players to support them. The group stage saw the team face up against Vänersborg, Linköping and reigning champions Tabusoro Angels. The opening day was a mixed bag of results as the ladies took a well earned draw against Vänersborg, but followed that up with losses to both Linköping and Tabusoro meaning that the girls went into the Bowl competition. Sunday saw the team in a depleted state following a couple of injuries but the girls managed to get themselves past Borås to reach the Bowl final where they met a Göteborg side that took advantage of the gap in experience to take the win, seeing the girls eventually finishing 9th overall.
