Uppesittarkvällen är här och jag kan med stor glädje meddela att vi till slut sålde alla våra extra lotter och kalendrar!!!
Tillsammans med de obligatoriska lotterna ger detta en inkomst till laget på 19 800 kr.
Hoppas alla har betalat in och gjort klart.

Onsdag 10/12 hade endast 13 av 27 betalat in för de obligatoriska lotterna. Även för extralotterna saknas det en hel del inbetalningar. Därför bra om ni som inte har betalat ännu gör det under veckan!

Info om hur man betalar finns i tidigare inlägg. Jag ser gärna att vi alla ser till att bli klara med allt kring Bingolotto (inkl. betalning) senast lördag 20/12 så att vi efter nästa helg kan fira jul i lugn o ro!:christmas_tree:

Sist men inte minst så finns det även 5 julkalendrar och 4 dubbellotter kvar som vi försöker sälja vid morgondagens match, såvida inte någon redan har en spekulant på dessa…:blush:

Vi har fortfarande 5 julkalendrar och 4 dubbellotter kvar - kan någon sälja en eller flera av dessa vore det toppen!!! :star:

Vi behöver även följa upp hur vår ”vanliga” lottförsäljning går för att veta om vi eventuellt har några lotter kvar eller om vi ska ta hem fler extralotter. Ber därför alla att så fort som möjligt betala in för de obligatoriska lottkuverten om ni har sålt klart dem!

Info om hur man betalar finns i föregående inlägg. Meddela mig snarast om ni inte kommer att kunna sälja era lotter!

Alla obligatoriska kuvert + förbokade extralotter/kalendrar är nu utdelade eller personligen kommunicerat kring.
Har ni väldigt svårt att sälja er andel meddela mig SNARAST så omfördelar vi istället för att ta hem flera enkellotter.
OBS! Olika betalningssätt för de obligatoriska kuverten och övriga lotter/kalendrar. Betala in obligatoriska lotter till Swishnr. 123 470 02 09 så fort ni är klara/kan, märk med spelarnamn och lag. Extraförsäljning samla själv in pengarna och betala en klumpsumma till Swishnr. 123 345 18 53, ange Bingolotto eller Julkalender.

Vi har idag 4 dubbellotter och 20 julkalendrar kvar - hör av er om ni kan sälja en eller flera alt. själva vill köpa! Till laget ger dubbellotterna 76kr av priset 200kr och 50kr av kalenderns pris 100kr.

Kan vi sälja allt vi tagit hem så landar vi på 19 420kr i förtjänst! Siktar vi på 20 000kr!?!:star::christmas_tree::star:

Bingolotto for Christmas!

To avoid further sales this season - Let's do our best with Bingolotto's Advent calendars and Sitting up-lotteries!:christmas_tree:

Finally the lotteries are here! Please share the pictures in social media, or download the pictures from Bingolotto's website if it's easier.

The setup is now;

Adventcalendar 100kr, very good margin = 50kr!!! Although it’s time to hurry up! Last day of sales = November 26th

Then all Swedish girls in DamA and DamJ will receive an envelope with 10 Sitting up-lotteries à 100kr (38kr to us) and 4 Sverige-lotteries à 25kr (10kr to us) to sell.

If you can sell any more, please let us know as soon as possible and we will distribute them one by one as needed. Those of you who have already announced that you want more will receive it directly with the envelope.

Advent calendars (100kr) and Dubbellotteries (200kr) will be delivered upon request.

Envelope lotteries are paid for accordingly to the instructions attached to the envelope. Remember to enter name and team!
More information will be provided later on on how extra lotteries and advent calendars should be paid for.

Preorder of Bingolotto sale

To keep up and reach our goals, we are now moving towards the next sales event and what is coming now is Bingolotto's Advent Calendars and Uppesittar Lottery.

We all talked about "taking orders" during the Newbody period, this is to capture buyers and know how many extra we can manage to sell. Therefore, I ask all of you who have orders for Advent Calendars and/or Uppesittar Lottery to text me your name and how many of each type.

I also want those of you who have not yet received any orders but who know that you will be able to sell more than the 10 Uppesittar that are obligated (by the Troja association) to text me how many. This is so that I can calculate how many extras we need to ask for!

Summary!
Finally the Newbody sale is finished! What a fantastic job you all have done! An incredible team effort!!!:clap::pray:
The after-sales gave us another 42 packages to add to the previous 649 = In total we sold 691 and this gave us 31193 SEK
The after-sales delivery is planned for next week, then I will contact those concerned.

Deliverytime

The shipment with packages for personal delivery’s has arrived. By noon we will deliver them to Ljungby :truck:

If there is anyone that prefer to pick them up in Huskvarna, text me - I must know before noon today!

When you receive your box you need to re-pack and deliver immediately. You also must text me the phonenumber you want the swish-request sent to. I will need your payments at the latest October 5th to be able to pay the invoice before it expires.

The shop is open for extra orders during next week. Please only use direct delivery!

Although, I’m a little bit worried - with less than 24 hours left of the sales period I still don’t have any information from 24 of the shops!!! Are there problems locking them?

Information from the Sales group

As we all know, we all need to do our best both on and off ice to keep balance in our finances.

Our intention is therefore to do our best in a few really good sales instead of many small ones. Ofcourse everyone will do this from their situation and possibilities.

During autumn we have three different traditional sales coming up:

First
Newbody from now on and at least to the 14th of September. See onlinelink below, you will also find catalogues and QR-code in the leader room. The goal is like last year - 600 packages! :blush:
If people for some reason don’t use the link make sure they choose IF Troja-Ljungby: Damlaget/Juniorlaget

Note - If you both sell online and by catalogue the average sale raises with approx 30% compared to only onlinesales!

Also note - Delivery by you leaves the buyer more money to spend on the shopping, but if they are living far away/apart from you homedelivery (within Sweden) is possible by paying an extra fee.

Let’s spread the link via Facebook, Insta, etc. and start selling!

Coming up
From October to Christmas we will sell Bingolottos Uppesittarlotter and Advent calendars. Make sure to tell your relatives and friends about this already now and ”tie them to you” - then only deliver remains to later. Yet we don’t have any prices or dates for this, we’ll get back to you about this as soon we have more information.

Now let’s go for it! Let’s show the teamspirit in Troja dam! :muscle:
