Anthony Djebou: “Looking forward to the season”

1. How does it feel to sign for IFK Trelleborg?

It feels really good to sign here. From the first moment I had a very good feeling about the club. I like the coaches and the staff, and the players have welcomed me very well and helped me settle into the team. I’m really happy to be here and excited for the season.



2. What made you choose IFK Trelleborg?

One of the main reasons I chose IFK Trelleborg is the ambition within the squad. There are many hungry players who want to improve and win games. I also knew about the team from before because I played against them in a friendly when I was at BK Olympic, and I could see that they had a very strong team. The club has clear ambitions to be a top team and fight for promotion, and that’s something I really want to be part of.



3. How would you describe yourself as a player?

I would describe myself as a fast and direct player who likes to take on defenders one-on-one. I try to use my speed to create chances, help my teammates with assists, and also score goals myself.



4. What do you want to contribute to the team this season?

I want to contribute with hard work both offensively and defensively. Hopefully I can help the team win games with my speed, attacking play, and by creating and scoring goals.



5. What do you hope to achieve with IFK Trelleborg this year?

I hope we can have a strong season as a team, win many games, and fight for promotion. Personally, I want to play as many games as possible and contribute with goals and assists to help the team reach our goals.
