  • Personal fitness trainer - dates

    Hanna Helbig will run 4 x 1hr fitness / strength / stability training sessions on the 18th & 25th March and 1st & 8th April, as part of the BBK ladies pre-season preparations for the DA Div.4 Sydöstra. Hanna is currently training the Swedish dressage team, where she focuses on strength and stability. She also is running training sessions for an ice hockey team and will use her experiences here to help BBK.
