Match report - Torna Hällestads vs. IF Blentarps BK (2 - 5)

This was the P97 team’s fifth game of the autumn series and like the remaining games of the series it was a ‘must win’ game if BBK is to keep its hopes alive of winning the P16 Sydvästra A höst title. After the tough lessons learned from the Torna Hällestads IF defeat, BBK was determined to make up for the poor performance. A key learning from that game was the P97 players were too static off the ball resulting in very few runs in the final third the pitch and hence very few goal scoring opportunties. After a long team talk before the game on the importance of supporting the runs from the midfield, the wing players responded extremely positive, with a clear improvement from the wingers supporting the midfield trio of Emil, Oliver & Emil. This was evident from the number of goal opportunities that fell to Hampus, Zaak, Toby & Victor. Despite these chances not being converted, it was extremely encouraging to see these younger players were in the right position at the right time! A feature that continued up until the final whistle :-) Despite Torna Hällestads taking an early lead against the run of play, the P97 boys continued to play football and remain disciplined in their roles. This discipline paying off by half time, with BBK going in at half-time with a 1 – 2 lead. Even though Torna Hällestads always looked danger on the counter attack with a couple of fast runners in their midfield BBK adjusted very well to accommodate for this, with the centre backs dropping off the attackers , skilfully supported by Oliver in a deeper central midfield role. Again as in previous games, Emil with his speed and fitness was able to carve several openings during the game, claiming 3 goals, the pick being a hard low shot in the bottom right corner that made the score 1 – 2. The other two goals from a powerful shoot and headed corner from Linus and Oliver respectively. If you had to find fault in an otherwise excellent team performance, it would have to be BBK’s finishing in front of the goal. Even though the final score was 2 – 5, due to poor finishing BBK missed 3 or 4 excellent opportunities to make the winning score line even more convincing. The battle at the top of the table is likely to be very tight, with BK Höllviken vit, Veberöds AIF/ Linero IF and BBK all being separated by just 3 points and by a goal difference of 4 goals between Veberöds AIF/ Linero IF (1st) and BBK (3rd). The title maybe decided by goals difference in the end! BBK go into their next game against Skanör Falsterbo IF knowing only a win will keep their hopes alive for the title. Match report: Blentarps BK vs. BK Höllviken vit (1 – 3)

The P97 team played their fourth game of the autumn campaign. Going into the game the boys knew it was going to be a tough game, with Höllviken scoring 12 goals in the last two games. Therefore, BBK started with a slightly more defensive formulation with Oliver playing in front of the back two. As expected it was a tough game, with Höllviken coming out on top with a 1 – 3 win. Höllviken played with great discipline passing the ball around throughout the game to keep posession, resulting in BBK often chasing the game. There was very little between the two teams. However, unlike the previous games BBK failed to create many clear cut chances, mainly due to poor movement off the ball. In many situations the BBK players with the ball had little passing options, due to players around them remaining static and not running into a space to receive the ball. Ironically, when BBK did get their passing game together they scored and almost scored. But BBK’s passing game was very rare, due to the lack of movement off the ball, often resulting in BBK trying to dribble through the Höllviken players with poor results. Despite taking the lead during the game, Höllviken scored almost immediately to make the score 1-1. After their goal Höllviken passed the ball very well and kept possession, with the BBK players often chasing the game. The main frustration for BBK was that the P97 team was in relative control of the game throughout the 80 minutes, however against a well organised and technically gifted team we were unable to penetrate their defence to great effect. This result in BBK resorting to holding onto the ball too long and trying to dribble the ball into the goal. The game finished 1 -3, BBK’s firstly defeat of the season. However, on a positive note we know what we didn’t do and this will be a key focus for the next game against Torna Hällestads IF on Sunday (away).' We move on and must learn the lessons from this game! Sunil

FC Rosengård - Blentarps BK (2-5) : match report

BBK’s third game of the series was against FC Rosengård and like the previous game vs. Anderslöv it proved to be a close game for the majority of the 80 minutes. And like the previous games BBK started the better of the two teams by taking an early lead, this time through Jonte with a simple tap. However, despite a number chances BBK failed to extend their lead and ultimately paid the price with Rosengård equalizing to make it 1-1. Rosengård had a clear game plan to pass through our midfield by playing the long ball game. It took some time for BBK to adjust to their play, with Elias and Erik dropping a little deeper in central defence. By half-time BBK had regained the lead with literally the last touch of the ball with Emil sliding the ball into the net under the advancing goalkeeper. So it was 1-2 at half-time. The second half started with Oliver in central midfield playing a more defensive role, sitting in front of the two central to provide extra cover for the long balls being played by Rosengård. This tactic worked well, enabling BBK to play more of the ball out to the wings. As Rosengård began to tire in the second half BBK began to take control of the game, making several fast breaks down the wings & centre, often resulting in BBK out numbering the Rosengård defence. Despite BBK making many chances to score, poor finishing let the boys down. However, it was only a matter of time before the continued pressure would pay off. Again, Emil with his electric pace ran at the Rosengård defence scoring 4 goals in the second half! The pick of the Emil’s goals being a nice interplay with Toby down the left wing, before Emil cooling slotting the ball goal bound. If it was not for the heroics of the Rosengård goalkeeper the score would have been much higher than the 2-5 result. Despite the win, Rosengård looked dangerous on set pieces especially on corners, where the BBK players seemed to ball watch and not attack the ball to clear it from their goal line. Something to work on in training :-) The win makes it 3 wins out of 3 games, with the next game against BK Höllviken vit. The win puts BBK top of the table. Looking at BK Höllviken vit’s results so far, next week’s game will prove to be a close affair, with home advantage potentially being very important. Good job! Sunil / Micke

Match report: BBK vs. Anderslövs BoIK (3-1)

It was time for the second game of the season for the BBK P-97 team and it certainly proved to be an eventful game, and not just for the football. After a break of 2 weeks without a competitive game there was always a worry that the boys would have a slow start. However, this was not the case and the team started very positively, much of this down to the hard work the boys are putting on their fitness and strength during in training. BBK started in familiar fashion with the players in their usual positions, except for Hampus and Zaak who switched wings. The reason for this was to use the wingers to cut inside much more to link up with the midfield players. As in the last game the defensive back line played extremely well holding their positions and keeping their structure throughout the game. They were well supported by Johan in goal, who was alert and talking to the players throughout the game. This confidence moved up the team and throughout the game, with BBK limiting the number chances for Anderslöv. Like the last two games BBK started the game strongly and went into the lead halfway through the first half with a superb individual goal by Emil, as he weaved and dribbled through the Anderslöv defence. Unfortunately, due to one lack of concentration (the only one in the whole game) Anderslöv were able to equalise with an unopposed shot in the lower left corner. So at half time it was 1-1 and the game was very tight. Second half started well for BBK, the boys coming out much stronger than the opposition. This continued pressure on the Anderslöv players paying off with a superb strike from Emil to make it 2-1. This sparked the opposition into life, however in the wrong way. Due to indiscipline from the Anderslöv players, Anderslöv had two players sent off in quick succession for back chatting to the referee and for an over aggressive challenge. This resulted in the opposition losing their shape and BBK took full advantage of this with 10 mins to go. Hampus ran on to a great through ball from Oliver, and Hampus coolly chipped the ball over the oncoming goalkeeper. The game finished 3-1 to BBK. The key highlights of the game were that the P97 team kept their shape throughout the game and remained disciplined. Another major plus was that the team made good use the wing players to spread the play. It seemed the boys could have played for another 80mins!!! Well done. Sunil / Micke

BBK 5 - 1 Trelleborg Vit - match report

The first game of the autumn series started with a very solid performance from the P-97 team, with a comprehensive 5 - 1 win over Trelleborg Vit. A key focus area for the team this pre-season has been to increase their fitness levels, with specific focus on cardiovascular drills during pre-season training - including moving from 3 to 4 hours training every week and at least 45min per training session of conditioning drills. This approach seems to be paying off with BBK starting very strongly in the last two games. Within 5 minutes BBK was 1-0 up and the boys were really putting the pressure on the opposition with some excellent aggressive runs from the midfield trio of Emil, Oliver and Linus. In the few attacks from Trelleborg in the fisrt half, BBK conceded a free kick on the edge of the penalty box, which was skillfully placed to the left of David in goal, to make the score 1-1. The goal seemed to re-energise the team and immediately, BBK took the lead again and by half-time it was 4-1. It could have been more than this, with the Trelleborg goalkeeper pulling off an excellent save from Emil, after cutting down in the penalty box to concede the penalty. The second half started in the same way as the first, with BBK driving forward and putting Trelleborg Vit on the back foot. This pressure paying off with a fifth goal tap in from Zaak after a great corner from Simon to make the final score 5 – 1. A major plus point from the game was the coordinated approach from the defensive back line. David with Erik & Elias in front of him played very well, remaining in total control of their defensive zones. The coordination and communication between the three of them was excellent throughout the game, with Erik and Elias providing excellent cover for each other. Their efforts were very well supported by Simon and Adam, who also looked solid and confident in defence. Moving forward to the next game, we need to continue on build our strong defensive performance and our drive from midfield. One area where we can look to develop further is our passing game, by using the wings more and looking to attack down the line we will be able to really stretch the opposition defence. Referat: Skanör/Falsterbo IF - Blentarps BK

Då var det dadgs för match mot Skanör/Falsterbo på bortaplan klockan 17.00 en söndag. Något udda tid men eftersom både dom och vi har spelare som spelar i flera lag så fick det bli så. Med lite känningar för Erik (framsida) och Adam (ljumske) så kändes det lite osäkert innan avspark, men bpåda gav klartecken för spel. Matchen böljade fram och tillbaka, vi skapade några chanser och så var det deras tur att skapa några chanser, det var inte speciellt mycket spel på mittfältet. Tycker nog att vi hade tillfälle att göra ett eller ett par mål till i första halvlek förutom det som Oliver nickade in på hörna. Hade vi fått in ett par bollar till så tror jag vi hade stängt matchen redan efter första halvlek. Lite turligt så lyyckas Skanör kvittera alldeles innan domaren blåser för halvtid. Andra halvlek börjar med att vi faller förlångt ner med försvar och mittfält vilket gör att det blir väldigt långt mellan anfall och mittfält där Skanör regerar. Oliver ser faran och får tryckt upp laget med hjälp av snack inne på planen, bra gjort. Trots att Skanör spelarna är ganska storväxta så tar vi över spelet mer och mer efterhand även om Skanör skapar några bra chanser men Kalle i målet visar sig på styva linan vid ett par tillfällen. Bra match Kalle. Vår tyngd från Elias, Oliver på mitten och Emils löpvillighet där framme gör att vi till slut kan få in ett segermål genom bra spel från Oliver till Adam som hittar en helt fri Emil vid straffpunkten som distinkt skjuter bollen i nät. En bra genomförd match totalt sett och skönt att åka hem med tre poäng i bagaget. Vid pennan Micke

Referat: Blentarps BK - Tomelilla IF 1

Så var premiären avklarad, dock kanske inte med önskat resultat. Vi möter Tomelilla på Björkvalla som är ett bra lag som jag tror kommer att vara med i toppen av serien. Vi gör en kanon match i första halvlek trots att vi saknar flera av våra ordinarie spelare och fick be om hjälp av Viktor (född -00) och Hampus (född -99). Trots detta så står vi upp ppå ett fantastiskt sätt och det är vi som står för spelet. Tar ledningen med 1-0 på frispark som Oliver sätter snyggt med ett skott förbi muren. Tomelilla kvitterar genom deras bäste spelare Achmed som spelar i anfallet. Simon och Erik i mittförsvaret håller ihop det på ett mycket bra sätt. Vi är en stolpträff ifrån att ta ledningen när Hampus snappar upp en målvaktsretur, vill passa på att tacka Hampus och Viktor för deras respektlösa spel trots flera års skillnad. Ni kommer att behöva hjälpa oss fler gånger under säsongen. Vi tappar Achmed 2 gånger till innan halvlek och det står 1-3 när vi går till vila. Alla är vid gott mod och vi tror på att vi ska kunna vända detta när vi startar, det är också vi som trycker tillbaka Tomelilla som bara slår långa bollar på Achmed, han rinner igenom en gång till och det står 1-4. Nu känns det lite kört och 1-5 kommer som ett brev på posten. På slutet vänder Achmed åter igen bort tre av våra försvarare och gör sitt femte mål för kvällen till slutresultatet 1-6. Man måste berömma Tomelillas Achmed för hans otroligt fina spel och jag förstår att större klubbar håller ögonen på den pojken, men utan honom så vet man aldrig hur matchen slutat. All heder till BBK:s spelare som inte gav upp trots underläge, kan vi fortsätta på samma inslagna väg så ska vi nog kunna vinna några matcher också. Vid pennan Micke

Blentaps BK - Kulladal

Tack för god match Träningsmatchen mot Kulladad slutade med förlust 1-3. Men vi genomför matchen på ett mycket bra sätt. Vi möter ett starkt Kulladal och försvarar oss mycket bra, vänder spelet och spelar stundtals mycket effektivt frammåt. Det är en fråga om cenitmetrar vid stolp och ribbträffar i första halvlek som slutade 0-0. Den hade lika väl kunnat sluta 2-0 till oss. Kulladal hade inga liknande chanser i första även om de spelade bra. I andra halvlek får Kulladal ett mål ganska tidigt. Vi börjar bli lite slitna men kämpar ändå på bra. Kulladal får extra energi genom målet och gör efter hand två till. I slutminuterna får vi äntligen utdelning. Oliver nickar in en fint slagen frispark från Johan. Sedan blåser domaren av. De spelare som skall ha extra plus är alla! Den här matchen var klart bättre än de tidigare. Det är nog så att Oliver ger en extra säkerhet över hela banan. En som kanske gör sin bästa match någonsin är Kalle i målet. Fortsätt så resten av säsongen. Även Adam gör en av sina bästa matcher. Vi vill också hälsa Danne (Daniel Rydell) välkommen i gänget. Danne visade prov på fin teknik. ser lovande ut. Bra jobbat killar. Nu ser vi fram emot seriepremiären hemma mot Tomelilla på fredag den 19:de klockan 19:00. Janne

Klart med 2 träningsmatcher till innan seriestart

Nu är det klart med 2 st träningsmatcher till innan vi börjar vår serie den 19 april. Lördagen den 6 april kl. 14.30 möter vi Malmö City FC på Björkvalla. Obs ändrad tid. Lördagen den 13 april kl. 12.00 möter vi Kulladals FF även det på Björkvalla. Samling 1 timme och 15 min innan match i klubbstugan för genomgång. Micke o Janne

Oxie IF- Blentarps BK 7-2

Så var årets första match ett faktum. I början lyste ringrostigheten igenom, vi var lite vilsna samtidigt som Oxie började mycket bra. Detta gjorde att vi kom i underläge med 2-0 väldigt snabbt. Efterhand så arbetade vi oss in i matchen och kunde flytta fram spelet lite. Fick också in en reducering till 2-1 genom Max G. som var tillbaka hos oss. Vi hoppas att Max vill fortsätta och vara med oss och spela igen under våren. Resultatet 2-1 stod sig halvleken ut. Efter lite välbehövlig vila så startade vi andra halvlek mycket piggt, detta gjorde att vi kunde kvittera till 2-2 ganska tidigt genom Emil M. med ett distinkt skott i vänster burgavel. Efter detta så gör vi ett par individuella misstag som straffar sig direkt. Som vi sa innan matchen så är resultatet av underordnad betydelse, det viktiga var att vi fick en match i benen. Bitvs rullar vi bollen på ett bra sätt och spelar oss fram på planen, försökte starta uppspelen via ytterbackarna. Nu hoppas jag att alla kommer och tränar på måndag och onsdag denna veckan så att vi kommer igång ordentligt. Kul att se våra inlånade spelare Jonte och Albin ta för sig på ett respektlöst sätt. Referat: Bjärreds IF - Blentarps BK

Efter en bra fotbollsmatch mot Bjärreds IF på lördagseftermiddagen där vi kunde vinna komfortabelt med 6-2 till slut så står Blentarps BK:s P 97 lag som seriesegrare.

Känn på den: SERIESEGRARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Efter en formidabel höst, ja egentligen redan sedan vi åkte till cupen i Danmark i somras så har vi spelat en riktigt bra fotboll och radat upp nästan idel vinster. Inga insläppta spelmål i Danmark, ganska få insläppta mål i serien men desto fler mål gjorda framåt. Vi har visat upp vad jag skulle vilja kalla ett bra lagspel där vi tillsammans har visat att med gemensamma krafter kan man uträtta stordåd.
Jag är så glad och stolt i dag lördag kväll när jag sitter och skriver detta över vad vi tillsammans har gjort.

Nu fortsätter planeringen inför 2013 då vi förhoppningsvis ska kunna ha ett 16-års lag i seriespel. Enligt mitt sätt att se så finns det mycket potential i alla ni spelare som bara väntar på att blomma ut.

Fira detta ska vi givetvis göra tillsammans på något sätt men det återkommer Anders och jag till inom de närmaste dagarna.

Denna matchen hade Anders och jag ganska stor respekt för eftersom vi förlorade sist vi möttes, visserligen med några spelare borta men i alla fall. Våra aningar besannades inte utan vi vinner komfortabelt med klara 5-0. Vi leder med 4-0 i halvlek vilket gör att andra halvlek blir lite avslagen, men vi lyckas behålla ett bra fokus ändå.
Nu återstår det bara en omgång av höstens serie för oss och vi leder fortfarande serien. Hittills har vi gjort det otroligt bra och nu gäller det bara att knyta ihop säcken mot Bjärred borta på lördag.

Referat: Malmö City FC - Blentarps BK

Efter lite om och men så vann vi denna svåra matchen med 5-4 efter stundtals mycket bra spel. Det man kan säga är väl att vi bjuder egentligen på alla fyra målen bakåt men strunt samma så länge vi vinner. Emil hade stor show med fya gjorda mål i matchen och Oliver gjorde vårt femte. Dagen till ära så fick vi spela matchen på LDB FC Malmö:s hemma arena, dock var det väldigt ödsligt vad det gäller publik. Vi ligger fortfarande i vinnarhålet i serien, men den onödiga förlusten mot Kulladal kan kosta oss seriesegern. Det enda vi kan göra är att se till att vinna de två sista matcherna mot först och främst Skurup hemma nästa lördag innan vi avslutar mot Bjärred borta. Träning som vanligt på måndag, bra spelat i kväll killar.
